Thanks to all who have been so generous in supporting the Renovation Fund. Our debt is now down to €99,000 . This is an amazing response. The Envelope Collections, the funds from the Parish Charity Shop, the reclaims on tax, generous gifts, concerts, raffles, and other events, have all played a part in reducing the debt. If you would like to give a gift, you can make it out to Kilbeggan Church Building Fund. We can now start the painting of the interior of St Hugh’s Church in Rahugh, in August.

FUNERALS

Bereavement is always difficult, but it is made even more difficult now with the restrictions. The restrictions extend to the Funeral Mass too unfortunately with only 10 people allowed in the Church. This makes the grieving process even more difficult. The support of the extended family and parish community has always been a great support to the bereaved.

Below are the readings from which a family can choose for the Mass, and all the details regarding a Funeral Mass in our Parish. You can discuss these with me and any arrangements for the Funeral.
