Please pray for the repose of the soul of Bernadette Clavin (nee Gormley), Ballybought, Durrow, Offaly, and formerly, Glengorm, Kilbeggan, Westmeath. Bernadette passed away peacefully in her 90th year with her loving family by her side and in the wonderful care of the staff of Bethany House Nursing Home, Tyrrellspass, Co. Westmeath. Predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph, her parents Joseph and Kate, her brothers Jim and Vincent and sisters Sr. Roberta, Kathleen, Margaret and Anne. Deeply regretted by her loving family, sons, Joe, Ollie, Johnny and Kieran and daughters Rosie (Mealiff), Paula (Blake), Bennie (McGrath), Christina and Bertie (Lynch), her sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her adoring grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Reposing Monday (20/01/2025) at Nannery’s Chapel of Rest, River View, Kilbeggan (N91 HR88) from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. FUNERALS

Bereavement is always difficult, but it is made even more difficult now with the restrictions. The restrictions extend to the Funeral Mass too unfortunately with only 10 people allowed in the Church. This makes the grieving process even more difficult. The support of the extended family and parish community has always been a great support to the bereaved.

Below are the readings from which a family can choose for the Mass, and all the details regarding a Funeral Mass in our Parish. You can discuss these with me and any arrangements for the Funeral.
