Died on August 2, 2021

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Thomas Lynam, Coola, Kilbeggan, August 2nd suddenly, predeceased by his mother Kathleen, father Lockie and brother-in-law Seamus. He will be sadly missed by his brother PJ, sisters Mary (Daly) and Eileen (Robbins), sister-in-law Dolores, brother-in-law Sean, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, godchildren, aunt, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May Tom Rest In Peace

Tom will repose at his home on Wednesday (August 4th) till removal to St. James’ Church, Kilbeggan to arrive for 7 pm. funeral prayers. Requiem Mass Thursday at 10 am. Burial afterwards in the Relic Cemetery, Kilbeggan. Friends and neighbours are welcome to stand along the route to the church and cemetery, while following social distancing rules. Numbers in the church are restricted. FUNERALS

Bereavement is always difficult, but it is made even more difficult now with the restrictions. The restrictions extend to the Funeral Mass too unfortunately with only 10 people allowed in the Church. This makes the grieving process even more difficult. The support of the extended family and parish community has always been a great support to the bereaved.

Below are the readings from which a family can choose for the Mass, and all the details regarding a Funeral Mass in our Parish. You can discuss these with me and any arrangements for the Funeral.
